Withdrawal Form (EU & UK Customers)

Please provide the required information completely so we can process your request quickly and correctly. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Withdrawal period: You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To begin, please provide the following via email.

Order Number (found in your confirmation email)
Email Address (used at checkout)
Date of Order
Item(s) you wish to withdraw from (list or select from order)
Reason for withdrawal (optional — not required by law, but helps us improve)

Step 2: Confirm Withdrawal

Please review the information above. By emailing "Confirm Withdrawal," you are formally notifying us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

What Happens Next

You will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal request.
Please return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund, including original delivery costs, within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
